FAQ

We offer 2-day shipping for major Canadian provinces at a flat rate of $20 (oversized plants excluded and remote area might take longer). The plants will be shipped with its pot/clear plastic cup and potting medium shown in the product picture. Afterwards, they will be carefully wrapped including poly-fill to ensure that their leaves are well protected. When temperature drops below 0°C, one heat pack will be used to control temperature fluctuations during delivery.

We offer two free pick-up locations in both Surrey (BC) and Markham (ON) subject to plant availability (by appointment only).

a) Surrey: Cloverdale Athletic Park @ 6220 168 St, Surrey, BC V3S 8X7

b) Markham: School Parking @ 840 Bur Oak Ave Markham, ON L6E 0E1

Due to the living nature of the plants, all sales are FINAL but we will do our best to ensure the plant are well acclimatized when sold to you.
