We offer 2-day shipping for major Canadian provinces at a flat rate of $20 (oversized plants excluded and remote area might take longer). The plants will be shipped with its pot/clear plastic cup and potting medium shown in the product picture. Afterwards, they will be carefully wrapped including poly-fill to ensure that their leaves are well protected. When temperature drops below 0°C, one heat pack will be used to control temperature fluctuations during delivery.

We offer two free pick-up locations in both Surrey (BC) and Markham (ON) subject to plant availability (by appointment only).

We generally ship orders on Monday and/or Tuesday to avoid weekend delays. When we receive your tracking number, we will email it to you as soon as possible so you can track the progress of your package. We strongly recommend that you be present when your precious arrives to avoid a long wait at your door.

* Please note that a healthy plant can still experience shipping stress. Your plant may experience leaf loss or yellowing or some other stress related to transport.
